Refund policy

We wish to draw your attention to some important terms relating to Returns.

These are at your own expense.  We recommend using a traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in a new, unused condition. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit.

Defective products:
If the Products delivered are defective, not what you ordered, or damaged on delivery please notify us straight away and in any event within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange for the Products to be collected.
